How to reformat a hewlett packard windows xp sp2?
I have a hewitt packar windows xp sp2,a technician told me to go to the hewlitt packer.com and there is a way to do this for free and it will do it for you but I cannot figure it out, can someone help me with this that knows what they are doing. Thanks Mary

You will not find a way to do a system recovery from any manufacturers websites. They will however sell you a recovery disk for your computer. Most manufacturers install the recovery/installation disk to a partition on your hard-drive.
